or even 72 ice. But i guess Chuch is right to some extent, id depends on the server.
On some servers there are tons of 90 light str chars, on the most frustrating servers there are a vast majority of STR chars that are 90 ice and if you go 90 light you basically f*ck yourself over. After server hopping i've found 90 ice to dominate every form of pvp though, but if they wish to go 90 light thats their choice.

Well the thing is, Bladers already have higher physical defense than normal due to shield. The speed increase is worth every point you spend in it. It's annoying as hell to be chasing someone around who you can't catch who is going to just kite you around until you get bored or run out of pots.

At 90, for blade I'd go 90 Fire, 90 Blade (obviously), dump enough points into lightning for max run speed and the rest into cold. Let's be honest, you don't gain any damage as Ice, only defense, which you don't really need as a blader.

nah, then you give them the psychological win if you chase after them. You have to reverse it onto them, make them come to YOU. if it comes down to a running game - which chinese build honestly 2 skills everything? cuz thats all you're gonna get off before the guy gets out of range (remember 90 ice can buy typhoons...).

If the pvps were that short we'd be seeing almost no pvp vids since they'd be boring and wizard-esque. To kill a 90 ice STR you need to out tank the person, which in this would be terribly hard. If they run away, thats their problem, they're not gonna kill you that way anyway.

90 fire/ice bladers are the most annoying things in the world, as are glaivers cuz they have higher defense and HP compared to 90 light builds, same goes for bowmen which on top of the added defense have the knockback arrow combos. There are some servers where high Ice STR chars are all over the place and the physical defense gained from such high ice is clearly visible. Even the full sun people on babel are 90 ice, and some are switching from 60 ice to 90 because your defense just isnt on par with everyone elses.

Pure STR using snow shield is having no mp and cannot attack so a nuker easily can use all his nukes one by one..
