With the bullying happening in American schools, I can see why they would try keep it to themself, though as you said you were happy when you were openly gay, though I think painting your fingers pink is taking it to the next level. Basically kids gets picked on on at a private school so bad they end up sodomizing him with the end of a broom or something like it, by the way all the characters are straight boys straight.

kay, as you can see he OBVIOUSLY was an idiot or there was something severely wrong with him - If you get bullied for the way you act or the things you do in school, you at least try to stop doing those particular things. He made a conscious decision to continue, and to even take it further.
School isn't the place to express your sexual orientation, it's a place to learn, and I personally would not be able to learn in that kind of environment - and I bet that was the case of some of the other students, too.

As I said, I'm not denying the fact that there's no bullying in Australia, I never said it was an exception from the world. Yet you claim in the one who suffers from mental retardation? That I'm the one with intelligence level far lower than average?

In my year we had the sluts/popular chicks, the nerds ( my group ), the football players, the small wog group and the dropkicks. Most groups didn't mingle with each other at all, it was a very divided social structure.You cant make a generic statement for the entirety of our country based on your small opinion on the country.

This is NOT what I would do to the kid if he wore pink nails in front of me. It's what the citizens of the world would do to him, and as you can see, he was murdered for it! It may not necessarily have been the pink nails.

But you seem to not realize the fact that "the citizens of the world" have opinions based on what everyone else believes is acceptable. By constantly preaching messages saying "well its his fault" further encourages other people to do it. The only way to fight injustice is pin point it and actively work against it rather than blaming the victims.

There's a time and place to hit on someone or tell them that you like them. The locker room however is not the place for it. If some guy told me he liked me while in class or something I'd just tell him I'm not gay but if he says "nice body" while I'm changing, that's just sexual harassment. I don't condone when straight people do it either. If some guy says to a girl "nice ass" I'd consider that sexual harassment also.

The article says that he was being picked on in the locker room, which to be honest is an easy thing to do and get away with and he got back by telling some of them they were hot, probably to freak them out. You make it sound like he went in their and unprovoked was just like "your hot". could he have done that, i dunno i wasn't there but the article doesn't say he did.
