I'd prefer a whole rabbit to HALF A DOG:

Rabbits don't do much except assimilate, dissimilate and exist to be petted

Dogs on the other hand, can be trained to smell special things, bark when theres danger or to warn someone and all kinds of stuff...

Having a rabbit isn't costly, but don't forget vet bills for any animals can be costly. They are not high maintenance, clean out twice a week, kept inside or out side.
I have never regretted having a rabbit..

But remember to read up on keeping animals. On food, housing, what sort of breed.
