Sprint Assult

I was wondering if the distance of sprint assult increases everytime you level it up or if there is any increase in % ofstun or knock back. Because the damage seems so low to spend sp points just to increase it by a little bit

yes stun % increases as well as stun time (stun level), knock back % increases, and sprint length increases.

at cap its LONG and it stuns and knocks back a lot.

This skill is probably one of the most helpful skills a warrior has against ints.

Best thing is, it's almost instant, so when a wizard wants to nuke you, you use sprint.

After that he is knockbacked or stunned, and you are the hero of the day =)
