lol, there no hybrid in euro chars, cuz all their weapons have either mag or phy attack power.

i suggest go for pure int and use warlock/cleric.

why do need warrior lv10? its useless>.<

I wouldn't advise hybrid for euro. Weps have mag OR phys dmg
unlike chinese which have both.

I would pick Warlock 90, Cleric 80, and Warrior 10 if you are a PVP kind of person. Likewise for the other choice Warlock 90/Cleric 90 if you are a PVE party person. Why?

The 10 seemingly insignificant levels of Warrior make an enormous difference in PVP. Shield Trash can single-handedly keep close range builds at bay, and even have use with ranged builds. For example, if a warrior suddenly sprints you and begins their yelling animation for Daredevil, you can Shield Trash them away with a very good success rate and stun them. If a glaiver runs up to you and tries to Soul Spear you, you can knock them back. Same goes for bladers. It can be even more versatile than Stun or Sleep because it is not affected by Holy Spell (since it's not a status, duh) and its cooldown is only two seconds. It is basically spammable. You could nuke, shield trash, nuke, shield trash, nuke, etc. I deleveled it at 80 to get Healing Orbit and I really miss it :( It saved me by swatting away annoying dagger rogues, warriors, bladers, and glaivers. When you're close to a nuker or bower you can also use it to cancel their attacks!

Cleric at 80 already has a lot of good spells. You get the almighty Healing Orbit, which saves you a huge amount of time in party play. Leveling Cleric up to 90 is good if you like to party since your buffs will be stronger, but between 80 and 90 you don't really get any entirely new skills like the revolutionary Healing Orbit. So if you take Cleric up to 90, you have stronger heals and buffs but no new skills. Bottom line, if you like to play buffer/healer then take it up to 90. Otherwise, you won't feel too left out if you leave it at 80.

Now, about hybridizing: I used to be pure INT up to level 80. I'm 82 now, adding in STR up to 90, and already seeing results in PVP. You get to realize that at higher levels, everyone is pimping their gear to the max. Unless you do the same, you are basically a slightly-more-tankish wizard with some flashy debuffs. Adding in a few extra levels of STR may actually be a good thing for those who do not have the money to put it on your gear. It may be thought that you need all the INT you can get, but in fact, even with up to ten levels of STR added in, you are still a killing machine. Bloody Trap + Sleep works wonders, since you have lots of free time to nuke and DoT. When the Trap explodes, that's like another nuke. It takes out 20% of a pure STR's HP pool, and probably even 50% for an INT build. Going hybrid may mean you might have to use an extra nuke to kill the enemy, but the enemy must also use an extra hit to kill you. That, in itself, is a very rewarding tradeoff. That extra hit you can tank, even if it leaves you with just a few hundred HP points, can give you the time needed to stun/sleep/trash them back into oblivion.

Oh my god, I just wrote an essay again, shoot me plys.

agreed with what that guy said^

well.. I'm not sure about the hybrid part actually, but 80 cleric is fine.. although immolation at 90 is pretty nice, and holy recovery division looks sweet.. shield thrash can save your life over and over,
it's up to you!

This is the build I am going through aswell. I do not see a purpose to go 90 cleric since with 80 cleric I can still 1 hit with pure offering and I can still heal my whole hp in 1 heal. 90 Cleric is just for flashier skills, and in fact shield trash is a better tanking tool than more healing power. A cleric would be a prime target, with shield bash knocking back an enemy to interrupt their attack would save you potential damage and thus being a better tanker. Hmm, stop damage from hitting you in the first place and giving more distance, or having a slightly stronger heal...

The only thing I would also recommend with this build is to wear robes so you can have that faith passive help you out aswell for that lost healing power.

80 cleric is all you need, specially if your on a tight budget for sp farming (Which I am aswell :P). And yeah 90% hybrid is good to shoot for.
Good luck =)

I'm sorry, but I don't understand what you mean. Are you saying that you can only have a 2 gap at the cap and it isn't possible to max both a main and a sub? :? You have a Euro, right? There's plenty of people out there, such as those with 90 wizard and 90 cleric that are out at DW all the time. There's lots of Bard/Clerics out there using Holy Recovery Division and Mana Orbit, both level 90 skills. Are you sure that you are correct?

to black falcon: WTF are u talking about?? its not about the sp, its all about the mastery level total.

u see if you have chinese build you have the mastery level total of 300, whereas Euro's you you will gain 2 mastery level per 1 lvup. in short if you are a lv90 euro you will gain mastery level total of 180, that means you can max 2 skill trees, unless you will upgrade another skill tree.

if i misunderstood you, then sorry. feel free to explain that is really you want to say, cuz your making us confused.

AoE dots/debuffs are a slower cast than the single target debuffs. It is much wiser to go with both the single target and the aoe, you want to get the debuffs on efficiently. Also theres a tip to lay on the 4 debuffs, what I do is I would fight someone like DW, and lay 2 single target dots on them. Then I could shield bash and stun them next to either an earth ghost or another pvper, and lay AoE dots on them. Then my main enemy would have atleast 4 dot's damaging him at the same time. Knowing your enviroment can help you take down people :P
I prefer 2 single target dots and 2 aoe dots.

it is possible but the chances arent high

if you face 3 enemys without holyword, in your skill lvl range, in a 7m radius, want to stun at least 2 of them and disease all 3 your chance of success is about 40%. An event you will probably never see ingame in a serious fight.

btw i wonder if disease rises the chance of stun. did anyone check that yet?

Against three enemys it might work if they are cocentrating on other people, but if they are all on you the AoE skills take so long to cast that you will surely be interupted and thus ends your combo, then your most likly dead, but then again anyone being ganked will most likely die unless its a one-handed sword. lol

On a side note, I wouldnt give up my sheild trash for anything, those 10 lvls in cleric are worthless unless you plan on grinding as cleric, and even so I am 90 and still cleric with 80 skills at times, people dont care as long as they have int/str they are happy.
