Bow/Glaive Build
This is a pure strength build I am working on in Olympus.
Here is what i have planned.
Heuksal
Soul Spear - Max (An absolute must for any glaive build)
Ghost Spear - Max (Makes a great finisher)
Chain Spear - Max (Really useful at higher levels)
Passive - Max (More HP FTW)
Pacheon
Anti Devil Bow - Max (This will be your main opening attack)
Combo - Max (Essential for any bow build)
White/Blue Hawk - Max (More damage)
Demon Soul Arrow - Max (More range means more damage before you switch over to glaive)
Berserker Arrow - Optional (The AOE is nice, but Devil Bow is better)
Strong Bow - Optional (Once again Devil Bow FTW)
Passive - Max (Same as hawk)
Fire
Imbue - Max (Stacks with all your attacks, and the DOT effect is nice)
Physical Damage Buff - Max (A must for all strength builds)
Fire Shield - Max (100% ice immunity, may become useless if Joymax makes it so you have to have a shield on for the effect to work)
Magic Defense Buff - Max (A huge must cause you will seriously lack it)
Passive - Max (More Damage)
You may want a little ice later on for the passives and buff, but keep in mind that if the cap gets raised you will have to delevel it. Same with lighting and grasswalk. I would get level 12 lighting and get grasswalk and the passive but no more.
I wear garm, but this is completely up to you. It saves me mp which i lack and gives me a magic defence boost which i also lack, not to mention the speed increase.
As far as fighting goes, I usually open with a devil bow then combo, then switch and soul spear. Kills pretty much every mob around my level.
If you don't want a cookie cutter build, this may be for you. I like that it's different.

The only ones that are useful are the last two. They take out huge chunks of hp in a short amount of time, and you are more likely to crit.

I'm sorry, i should have said last one of both sets, the one that hits 4 times and the one that hits 5 times. I think that's how it goes. Both of them are good for pve in the caves, but if you can only get 1, get the one that hits 5 times. It looks way cooler, and more likely to crit.
