blues on avatar

so i bought my first avatar dress i wanted to buy the arabian i waited too long but w/e i wanted to add hp increase 25% but everyone says its only when u sit

theres no point to that not like in the middle of a pvp fight im going to sit down so can anyone actually confirm it that the blue on the avatar dress only heals 25% when u sit some proof pics anything

if it was to heal 25% on ur hp when standing that will be more helpful

it works when you are standing still but keep in mind you only recover hp when you are standing completely still not moving or attacking so its useless
