Gender Change - Will it work on avatar dress?

I love the female clown suit....and even the carnival one1 However, i dont currently use a female char, i have them both in male and wondered if i could simply change the gender of them when i want to like other items.

Well, i don´t think this would matter.

I gave them the idea to gimme some good drops, but all i´ve got were tablets

I think he has male chars, but would go female if he could genderchange his avatar suits.
