CSRO weather effects (i want them of -,-)

How do i turn off weather effects in CSRO ? I hate the rain ..its annoying for the eyes.

I don't think you can turn them off, tho, some bots have an option to make the weather sunny and stuff like that

And I'm 99.9% sure that there's no way to turn it off...if there is a way to turn it off then it'd be in the options ingame
