border is always nice imo. You used outer glow text >.< , i don't know why everyone uses it, In general don't use outer glow for text.

Its not that nubby, and you did some good blending, next time i would make the sig bigger so you can add some more effects, but just keep working at it m8

I dont think he can without making it look bad.
Only thing I'm strongly against is the text. Try textless sig or play with the settings (color, white or black for this one, and location). Also a simpler font might work out better.
