I tried a similar tactic a few months ago.

10 pages full of spam, me and my 2 bros and multiple accounts

Then I called the cali office.

When I asked "so hows the spam, want us to stop?"

0x33 isn't even a company, btw.
It's a community, where by there is a hidden forum you can pay to view.
They don't have to give you softmod - just access to the forum. They have no responsibility to makeup for downtime, help with any issues or errors, nor upgrade anything if they don't want to.
They don't care about money, and isn't that one of the main, if not the main concern of any company?
Plus not to mention the fact that when the 0x33 forums were still open for posting about silkroad.. some people didn't bot, I don't know if they were legit as in no 3rd party programs at all.. but some actually handgrinded, whether it was lack of money or that's they way they wanted to play.. labeling 0x33 as a 'bot company' doesn't really fit imo. (btw, if you disagree with this.. would rev6 be considered a company now then?)

btw, 0x33 doesn't sell t-shirts. Betaboon had some made (I'd assume either at some store or a website..) and gave them out, here's a quote from a thread:
