Should I max the lvl30 fire nuke (the first book?)?

Only if you have the SP. Being a hybrid spear means you can maybe 2-nuke stuff above your level with FWW + arrow or FWB + arrow (FWW = Flame Wave Wide, FWB = Flame Wave Burning).

Depends if they have the lvl 70 nuke, then i would max it so you can use it.
If not then dont bother just lvl it until you can get the lvl 43 nuke then leave it.

as far as i know i think they don't have lvl 70 nuke yet!

umm ok im lvl61 and my flame wave burning and wide is maxed till my level, and the first fire nuke is lvl1 xD

Wtf why. Just cause its easy to farm dont mean you have to get it. Its a waste of sp if he already has the other nukes, anyways that first nuke is crap.
