Academy and Help Menu popping up at spawn points.

You know when you RS back to town and the Academy and Help Menu pop up, how i stop them popping up?

I've managed to get rid of it on one char although, i don't know how i did it. Any suggestions?

characters created after a certain point in time have that pop up, i dont think its removable

Are you sure of this?

As i know people that havn't got this and their character is relatively new compared with mine. >_>

I am having same thing while on my old char i didnt have any of those, and so far no one found any solutions how to remove them.
