Rebounded Nuke?

I was playing on a friends account and i nuked some guy during pvp and the light nuke rebounded and killed me? Is this a glitch or bug?

i wasnt fighting a warlock it was a blader. and my light nuke went straight to him and back

A warlock can buff that blader with reflect.

since you said 'some guy' so you have no idea who he is which leads us that you are pvping in a crowded are like DH south .
the random guy you hit was a blader so there is no way he has reflect skill .
that leaves the final & the most logical conclusion that you have been hit from another nuker in the same time (probably lag) .

Why cant it be reflect?
If I'm a warlock, and I put reflect on you, then the other guy get killed to because of reflect, and you arent a warlock.

Reflect hits you with yellow numbers, there is no reflection animation.

Well it was probably a warlock with chaos screen going and he appeared to be a blader to you. And any good warlock has figured out that the party reflect does NOT work, it only works for the caster. So if it was a light nuke which is transferable then it possably hit the blader then hit a warlock then reflected back.

Warlock reflect does not activly rebound your atk, you simply take a certain amount of absloute damage back from any atk you do, similier to a warriors fence buff or pain quota, I find it more likly that you were killed by a chain nuke from another mage, its possible that another nuker nuked and killed the blader, and then his atk transfered to you, making it look like your own nuke rebounded.

Correct me if I'm wrong but, Warriors have a passive skill that has a 20% chance of "rebounding" the skill. The nuker might've hit a warrior and it bounces to you.

The animation doesnt rebound, look at that guys sig, reflect dmg is absloute hence yellow, it doesnt bounce back and hit you, also if the blader WAS a warlock you would 1) see he was when you clicked on him, 2) see the reflect buff around him and 3) have to alt click to atk him...

The only explanation is that another nuker's AoE hit you.

2H warriors have a low chance of reflecting X amount of physical damage only. And its a yellow number, same as reflect. There is no skill that reflects with animation.

my friend was warrior/warlock and they casted it and i reflected dmg cause he died without me hitting him because i was naked.. the warlock didnt have a cape on.. explain.

Advanced reflect does work on party members, but very rarely. I was on the warrior/warlock that wootpops was talking about, and was in party with a high level char in low level clothes. A wizard kept hitting her, so I cast advanced reflect. He used fire blow and died, then respawned in town. No screenshot but you can test it.

Finding uses for every little skill cast time, speed, how effective it works nor just damage.

Advanced Reflect has been tested multiple times and only works for the caster. So a warlock could basically keep a constant reflect since cool downs are not linked. It was bugged so party members do not send damage back. I haven't played in the last few weeks so....Advanced reflect was either fixed within that time period or you didn't pay attention on how the guy died. There's other skills that could have killed the guy. Maybe a fire trap was around or he died from quota dmg, all depends on who was in the area.

Then that's insanely rare because not once has anyone when testing it died. The second the warlock was attacked who casted it easily got the reflected damage.

No but thanks for the comment. It means they fixed the bug and never mentioned it. Like I said, have not played in a few weeks nor had the chance to hang out with our 80+ warlocks since they're not always around.
