Do you live in the US? If so, don't get caught. It doesn't matter if you are 18 or not, depending on what state you live in, if you are X amount of years older then her, you get charged as an adult and still get prison time, and yes its a long time. (Depending on how many charges you get, 5-25 years).
I don't know how it works in other countries though.
