Question about switching skills...

Ok, so I am on a Europe account and I want to move my skills. But I have a few questions before I buy the skill changer thing...

1. Does it move like all of your, for example, Rouge skills to Warrior, if that is what you picked? If not, please explain how this works.

2. Can you move your int to str and vice versa?

3. If you have any more useful information, please tell me.

bassicaly if u lvled a mastery and u dint like it, you can delvel it

AND no you cant ever ever ever change your str/int points

Skill relocations is where you can delevel ANY skills you had, Mastery or skill lvl you made. and you get 100% of the SP used on that skill you used it on. E.G a skill costs 110 sp to upgrade, you use a skill relocation on it and you get 110 back. When you use cursed hearts, you get most but not all + cost of gold.

you can't EVER change your STR/INT stats
