Do you guys hold self-made events?

I'm hosting some random events i came up with for a union i'm in. I was wondering if you guys did something like this to liven things up seeing as JM rarely does any fun event >_> Well here's 2 events i'm hosting soon, let me know what you guys think and if you've done stuff like this. ^^b

1) Prizes-driven Event:
For this contest, I will be hiding in Jangan, Donwang, Samarkand, and Constantinople. When Given the signal, All participants will have 1(maybe more since i haven't really tested this out yet) hour to find the required item and bring it to me. There will be clues to where i'm hiding, but not much more. Whoever finds me first will win the prize. They will go from 3 acc -> 3 shield -> 3 protector -> 3 wep elixirs. one for each city.

2) Exp/sp-driven Event: (for low lvls only, pref 40 or less)
For this contest, well.. i'm not sure yet I might make it a bracket-type tournament or maybe a race on red horses, or a race as kokoros. Something of that nature. Winner will get a week of free on/off powerlvl.

EDIT*- So for the 2nd event, i've come up with a race on red horses through each of the area. Simple? nahh course not. No grasswalk or moving march, if your horse die u must run on foot and try to resummon another one. So basically carry ALOT of horses and hope u good at avoiding mobs

So that's what i've come up with so far. If i had more gold lying around i'd give out sos or maybe spawn scrolls and pandoras. What do u guys think? Should we take things into our own hand and break the monotony of this grindfest game?

nice but the hide and seek one if alot of people do it don'y make a time limit to make it more fun do 1 side of map like every where on jangan side my guild did that once i won a wolf

Lol you forgot something.... Wat type of horses and its lvl... And are they allowed or nor allowed to use pots for vehicle(horses) ... Are item mall vehicle allowed or not. Lol

We are making a guild quiz events every now and then
It's funny and it's cool for the low lvl players that don't know everything, someone asks questions and the first to answer asks the next one. No awards really, but it's interesting, mostly when someone asks cool questions and no one knows the answer
Like for example which are the first four servers and what was the cap...the old players know it, but the new ones get a difficult time to answer that one... Amd so on

I ran a few cave suicide runs. Basically, the prizes were given by floors. Then on the 4th floor your prices were given to you on how far you got to on it

I do a union chat thingy; type out some song lyrics and have people say the song name and artist. Helped a few ppl stay awake while late-night grinding ^,^ I'd give out gold prizes but I'm broke atm...lawl

Venus did a Run of the Noobs. Everyone made a noob character, started in Consti and had to get to Roc mountain, if you died, no rezzing, you were out of the race. That was the first part. The second part was once whoever was left alive was in Roc mountain you had to get a drop off a bot, elixer, gear, something substantial. You do it by filling up their inv with capes, 1d rings, whatever. That was the 2nd part of the competition.

You could always make a pvp tournament. The top three people win prizes, you'd obviously have to set a level range. Maybe every five levels or so.

Kinda like ctf but without the flags and monsters @.@
