So i tried one of those where you base the work on a print screen and i came up with this:

I saw that when i uploaded it, due to the resizing, the image had become a little more blurry then i first expected. So i posted the other one that is a little bit sharper in the middle (mainly the penon)

I'm not sure if that is the final result but i think it was good enough to post here. So what do you think? Anything i can do better? (there always is )

The programs i used are gimp and incscape (incscape to create the text)

EDIT update:
Fixed the text and added a little shading to my char:

I like the edges, makes it look more like ice. Can't really understand the text, though.

I think he just can't read it that well, because even I had some trouble reading it...

but I like it, especially the edges <3

Just make it a simple text and put it horizontal. The text isn't the main part of the sig so don't make it too flashy.

Uh, you misunderstood me. :s You have the right idea but, put the text readable and put it near the thing you look at first ( mainly that huge rogue chick) because when I went up to look at it, I looked at her then I looked around for your name. For example, in Icealya's signature she has the word "Icealya" next to the guy because thats what most people are looking at.

I've did some places in different colors where you can put the text and it will stand out more.

Maybe also name it, but it's not neccasary...

Of course, I don't want to tell you how to do your thing, but it might help =)
