Again with the ???

My main account has 4 character, only when I log in my main character I get DC with the ????? box - but if I log in and use my lower lvl characters, i can play for hours. Anyone else currently experiencing this problem? Anyone know of a solution?
**All of the normal procedures are followed - drivers, windows updated, firewall blah blah blah

maybe your character is stuck?
Try asking joymax to teleport your character, or wait for inspection maybe it will get fixed automatically?
