How to chargeback

I would like to know how the chargeback is done, since most of you all know that my account is hacked, and i cant figure out my secret answer so i would be able to change my password, I had bought 1000 silk in the last 30 days, and since its hacked and i am not able to change the password, i would like to chargeback so i wont be losing anything, I already created a new account, and i also already reported my situation in the website and also to the e-mail which was mentioned here that it is belongs to GM-Tarky, i will be waiting a couple of days, if no replies recieved, then i will complete with the chargeback..

Hope anyone here knows the answer to this:

What happens when u chargeback via Paypal on a certain account, but u also bought silk for another account with the same Paypal email ? Is that safe, or are they gonna ban the other account wich did not do chargeback but has the same email aswell ?

I would appreciate an answer. If it works, im gonna do a chargeback on my hacked account >.<

dont quote me on this but somebody who chargebacked told me if you chargeback any transaction with joymax, that specific account with the transaction will be blocked, but the others sro account you didnt charge back wont be blocked but also joymax will block your paypal account, so that means you gotta use another paypal account if you want to load silk again

Can someone else confirm that, cause i also having the same issue and dont want the other accounts be unable to buy silks cause of me chargebacking my own account.

well i quit silkroad online last night cuase of that video... i enjoyed the game all the way too lvl 80 on saturn ... and seen all my guild friends getting banned.... cuase some used bot and others did absolutely nothing..

of coarse i didnt grind too lvl 80 all the way but hey.. i just came too enjoy the game... and in the end u all will get banned cuz joymax just hates us...

so i encourage u too quit now.. or feel like shit when u grind too lvl 90 O_O and then get banned cuz joymax is stupid...

anyways im off and wont return too see u guys flame me...
