Hey,

I was reading a thread recently which involved some forum member being accused on botting in ecSRO and it got me thinking.

- SRF has a negative stance on anything against JM's ToS (maybe except p2k)
- This means that they do not support ecSRO
- This also means they DO NOT support, condone, supply, etc botting.
- ecSRO botting is illegal under the rules of ecSRO

Now, since SRF wants nothing to do with ecSRO and does not care for it's rules or any pSR's for that matter what is it policy on illegal activities displayed or applied to these forums under the context of ecSRO?

Say someone bots in ecSRO, botting in a PS is not in the ToS only in that certain severs rules and since SRF does not support these servers does that mean the ignore this or allow it because in a sense, it destroys the server.

iirc, srf is against private servers that condone botting. since ecsro doesn't condone botting, it's allowed on here.

Uphold the rules of a pSRO? SRF is against pSRO, it is illegal to take a game which is copyrighted and reproduce it without consent then make a profit by cheapening the game mechanics?

I said no one gives a flying fuck if he gets uniques stuck to kill them. (The only thing the topic had evidence of the person doing in the first place, which apparently for some stupid reason, isn't allowed on ECsro.) I didn't say anything about bots or any references to them. So if you're going to quote me, at least make sure I was saying something about the thing you're actually talking about.
