Bow -

Knockback at higher level
Range
Medium Damage with Medium Attack speed
High Crits

Blader -

Knockdown
High defense
Block
Low Damage with High Attack speed

If your going for lvl 90 then Bladers own but if the bow has Ice it may prove a bit difficult.

Which build will be better at higher caps etc? like 140 or so?

Imnot sure about the higher caps but heres what i think about bows vs. bladers

Bow
-hits prettty quickly
-lots of crits
-knockback
-have to carry arrows
-not good until high level

Blade
-you can piss off everyone with knock down
-extremely long and annoying to level up
-they never die
-it is almost completely worthless to pvp another blader or a glaiver...itll just be a long pot battle.

I would go bow...and im a blader but bow will be a lot less frustrating
