I currently have 2 spots in my academy open. You may join if you...

1. Are under level 30.
2. Are Legit.
3. Are Active.
4. Will eventually get to level 40.
5. Are active and will actually get to level 40.
6. WILL GET TO LEVEL 40.

Also have 2 assistant spots open for anyone willing to help the trainees level up.

you can join an academy up to lvl 39 and 99% and when you hit 40 you will still get the 50% (more like 45%) bonus for graduating

BUT if you join an academy over the level of 29 (aka 29 and 99% is still ok, but 30 and 00% is not) then the guardian doesn't get ANY honor points; no matter how well you rate him

if you join at 29 or under, the guardian gets 1 honor point per level you do in the academy

so if you join at29 they get 11 points when you graduate, lvl 1 they get 39 etc

you can still join an academy, and from what i know you'll still get full XP (well, whatever the amount of XP you get when you graduate at 40). so you've got 7 more levels to go and believe me graduating is really worth the experience earned. correct me if imma wrong.

yea, true but from last i saw on the academy matching some of them still do accept level 30+, of course i know BHA/Avalon Union academies would accept you...

go for it just for the experience gain...^^

i doubt many of the guardians in our union care much about honor points overall; we'll do what is needed to help

especially since the honor system is bugged on venus atm anyway so honor points dont get you jack squat atm

if you need a spot in an academy just let me know - ive got one free and i have no problem taking people over 30

I don't NEED a spot, but I would like one. 50% extra XP is not something I would turn down.

Also banned 2 inactives yesterday, so 2 spots free(after penalty 24 hours) ~6-7 pm(+2GMT)

You could join mine too, pm me in game T3DDY if yer interested... The reason why some ppl accepts ppl higher than 30 is that bec when you graduate, they'll get their graduates counter increased by one, so their ranking increases too... Top 5 rankings get special buffs, top 10 and so on till the 50th.... but as tedo said, the guardian system is bugged in Venus so all that won't work until fixed...

hmm if i remember correctly; the ranking system on xian didnt always show the person with the most graduates as the highest ranked; i know i didnt always have the most graduates but i kept 1st then 2nd place for meh 3-4 months; i think it also takes into account your honor points / how people rate you?
