Need warrior/warlock experts help

Ok so iam lvl 90 FF Warrior/warloc with garm +5set, and i pvp with another same lvl warrior with cleric sub, what tactic should i use if my debuffs don't work and even worse he is in heavy armor, even if he is robe i can't beat him... Any advices??

panic him first of all. stun him out through his bless or skins.

spam cruel spell series first untill he get diease then spam debuffs and pray like the_wicked said

i dont think u can stun him for like 2 minutes over and over again because he stats whit bless spell when that's over he uses the skinks and after that he can still stau alive for like 30 40 seconds whit vigor potts so........

my tactic was always to run
when they bless you run simple
they skin, you skin or run
and disease first then bloody trap + sleep =]

he got Holy word or what ever, my spells don't work even with Disease
