cap= max lvl in the game, its 90 right now.
green mob=a monster thats usually 3-5 lvls below u afaik
white mob= mobs your lvl and 2 lvls under.

when you click on the mob its name will either be in blue,green, white, or red, depending on its lvl and yours

Hes talking about the Maz achievable level in the game.

The max skill, is the Mastery level total, located on bottom right hand corner of skill books when you push S key while in game.

And that mastery will STAY AT 300
