Graphics Problem

Ok so this has been bugging me for a while now. Even though this problem doesn't inhibit my gameplay its just really annoying. Whenever I use the 2nd lightning book or the 3rd fire book, the pretty flashy colors don't show up.

Like I said, not a big problem, just annoying.

I've already tried re-installing SRO and it didn't work. I've made several characters and they all have the same problem.

And I have tried other servers.

Anyone know how I can fix this?

Options<Video<Graphics 1 or 2 and scroll down and make sure you have "effect quality" turned on.
Also, what are your computer specs? Have you tried re-downloading it? Sometimes data might be corrupted on interrupted during a download and cause problems.
