I block new ones after inspection, and then PM the previous ones to see if they are still online. If they aren't chances are they have been banned then I unblock them cause they arent around anymore.

It consists of mispelled ones and 6+ turks who are talking too much in 'All" chat nearby our union spot in Hotan. Too lazy to clean out the list :oops:

I have 68 blocked, and thats just for DW and Hotan, seeing as I never go to the other towns, and if I do, just move the thing to party chat.

I've got like, 40, I generally don't block anyone but spam bots because I think its pretty funny when they make an ass out of themselves when I won't do something they want me to do, or they are arguing with someone else.
