What are bots and gold buyers?

Hi, im new at this and i dont know what a bot is? I know its some program that logs on, but are some people botters as well?

Both are illgal and here is what they are


Bots: Programs that do mosnter killing or other tasks by their pogram.
Ex. An combat bot would kill monsters and get you XP while you were doing something else.

Gold buyers: People that buy gold for real cash. The companies that sell gold usually use bots as well.
