So who is?

Sorry if there is a thread already, but I couldn't find one.

Anyway, this is a thread to share anything you do regarding bodybuilding, fitness, exercise etc

Looking forward to hearing some responses

I'm not exactly a bodybuilder, but I'm the captain of my senior high wrestling team, and I can bench around 210lbs. I'm 5 feet 9, so it's not exactly bad for my height.

I also play soccer and the piano. :]

And about your statement, you probably hear that because of the entire steroids thing, and their association with bodybuilders. Steroids do that to you.

Yeah bodybuilding gets a name for steriods, alot of people forget there is natural bodybuilding

Nice bench btw, my mate who has been bodybuilding for a year, just hit 200, and he was pleased.

I'm more on the lines of 130-140 (yes shitty bench) lol

i want to try body building but i have no access to weight/gym etc. ( too poor atm and not old enough )

I play some basketball though and try to stay healthy

If you want to get into real good shape, start playing the drums before your body develops fully and make it a habit of practicing.

You don't need that stuff to get stronger. Calisthenics are good enough. Push ups, situps, pull ups, etc.

I don't like to lift weights. I prefer to rely on calisthenics to get stronger. I had to in fitness class, though. I was able to bench about 10 reps of my own weight which I think is ok. (6'4 160) For cardiovascular, I take some time to run and play basketball everyday.

they were copy pasta....just look through his old post, not that hard. Seeing as all his stories were fake and the only real pic we've seen of him was his head wrapped in a shirt with shades on I'm going to go out on a limb here and say we was not as macho as his stolen stories made him out to be.
