DAMIT! i went to go see it today in Hamilton and its Wednesday, movie came out on Friday and the theater is still sold out of tickets for batman and has a huge line out side of the place had too see hancock >>

Psh, how can you even say that? Ironman's story line sucked, it had no major villain, it had no main setting, it was dumb in my opinion. I mean, it's ok if you liked ironman, but I don't understand how you could like it more than this movie. This movie was great because it was actually believable, there was only one part that didn't make any sense:

When the batmobile (batpod) self-destructed and turned into the motorcycle, when they showed it from his perspective, it made it look like he was going really fast, but then when they showed him from a 3rd person perspective, he was going really slow.

I saw it a few nights ago, this is one movie that I think is actually not overhyped (Wanted was great too though).

The reason why I actually like Batman Begins and The Dark Knight is because they actually keep things "real", showing how batman began and somehow It looks more realistic than previous batman movies. In part that's what makes batman enjoyable for me, he's not a SUPERhero, he's just a guy with sense of justice AND a billionaire wallet, making a bunch of gadgets and stopping crime at night and stuff based on an ideal of changing society, bla bla.

HOWEVER, I think The Dark Knight is way overrated. Don't get me wrong, it is a good action film and everything, but I don't think it is THAT great as to be #1 movie in imdb.com, for example

On the other hand I really sympathized with Ledger's character. The Joker's philosophy actually gets my attention, making him a very interesting character to me. He's presented not just as a mere villain, he does not want money, nor power, he just wants to have fun, by proving that the world is as crazy as he is and everyone has his price.

But no, I don't think that overall it should be treated as a master piece... at least I don't find it as good as other movies.

ok, i finally watched it (ty uploaders) and i liked it. the hype about ledger's joker made me believe he was the fking best, but i didn't quite get that feeling from his performance. it was good, the best joker out of all the batman movies, but not THE best performance. i dun understand the fuss about maggie, she was perfect for the role. i didn't like batman's gutteral voice, was it like that in batman begins? another thing that annoyed me was how normal gotham city looked. it WAS chicago. what happened to the big ass tower in the center of the city in batman begins? was it just my imagination? i liked gotham a lot better in the first movie.

overall not bad, 8/10

i watched it yesterday and it was best superhero movie for me ,but 9.4 imdb is too high for it >.> btw i disagree about sunny shining town wtf this is gotham must have more darkness and i give 8/10 and i think it deserves it

the reason they didnt show a lot of darkness in gothem is cuz they wanted to show in the 1-3 year span batman has aactually helped out a ton
and most of it was filmed during the day

I've never been able to tell the difference between a good actor and a shit actor until now.
Ledger's acting in it was Farking incredible. One of the best movie's I've ever seen, not gonna lie. I'd pay 50$ to see that.
