as for this lvl70 skill cap it will be, 81 bich,60 heuk for passive, 90light, 69 fire.
if 80 or 90 skill cap come, ima ditch heuk for ice.

ya i know i dont see how traffic is bad lol. the longest iv waited was what 17 min :p and that was at like noon here (central use time zone) so it was crowded.
