Europe 1 Year On.

Well Today the 24th of July European Race is officaly 1 year old.
What are Are your thoughts on how the game was changed when the European race as added?

Love euros, but sadly jobbing has been ruined by it. The game just needs a bit of tweaking such as no non-jobbers ressing jobbers, or a longer cooldown on immolation res. I really think the game has gotten better with euros though. Grinding isn't as boring, warring has gotten way more interesting, and character interaction has gotten way better.

I remember when the European characters and skills were first announced on the kSRO website, it seemed so special and magical. I remember going on cSRO once and trying out party play for the first time ever and it was like a veil of boredom was lifted away from the game. Watching the kSRO Euro PvP videos was so inspiring and I was looking forward to the party play. Then Euro comes to iSRO..

First week went by great. Everyone seemed so happy and getting along. I made a bunch of friends and partied several times a day. After a while, less and less people were partying and I began to see clusters of low levels sitting together in random places doing nothing. Something that could've been great seemed to have been ruined by the need to reach the cap quickly. It was a pretty big let down.

I still enjoy Euro characters a lot, but they have so much more potential if played correctly.

Well, at the first day me and a friend (me=wizard, my friend=warrior) were partying at the genetos, then we moved to polipernos, there we found a party, it was all so awsome! =D

but a few days after there were euros lvl 4x and some even 5x and it was all ruined

wish euro had never been added tbh, there targeted buffs ruined the game, auto share was ruined (used to use auto share so gold time wouildnt count down) party mobs are a pain in the ass, auto share parties jacking grinding spots.

Want euros on there own servers there a totaly diferent game as far as im concered.

tbh Chinese characters only was much more fun, but the down side was.. if one has a full sox set they were 'godly'. Euros made it that they aren't godly, but in a way the euros itself can be 'godly' if played properly as a team.

I don't hate euro in fact I love euro, but I hate the users that abuse euro just for buff for their shitty characters.

Euro ruined pvp and jobbing, i liked the old job system much better as well.

But if it weren't for euro, i wouldn't be able to party grind efficiently even being chinese cause there are no solo spots left

Jobbing system is great but it doesn't work since there are too many capped players thanks to powerlvl

Today is really one year? That means it took me two years to get a china to 61, and a year to get a euro to 87. Its crazy seeing the game and is various evolutions. Made alot of freinds and alot of enemeies. Though I wish jobbing was better, I like the party play concept, wish they would do away with the academy thing though.

The game sucks now. Anywhere you go there's a powerleveled euro waiting to 1-2 hit you then go "LOL NOOB 20K DMG LOOOOOOOOOOLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!".

i liked the game without euros way better.
i remember thiefing in jang area at level 42, we robbed so many trades every day.
and pvp now, euros aint fun to pvp ...
Wizzards 1 hit me, i 1 hit them.
Rogues dont 1 hit me if they dont crit, i 1-2 skil them.
Wariors are strong when their skins last, after that they are pretty easy to kill.
warlocks, if i just pvp they own me, if im serious, expensive pills ftw.
clerics buffing and healing ppl --> no fun -.-

i miss good old sro where ppl were pretty much equal depending on their gear and build, not on if they happen to have a bard in safezone and a cleric buffing them.

o well, atleast i like party grinding (although i do it close to never coz everyone is 2 high for me)

They should just make it so that you can only give bufs if on same party + OUT OF TOWN.
