They have them in the PK2 file, so answer is obviously a Yes.

I read somewhere at 100 cap euro honor will be added.

90 lvl rogue xbow/dagger/cleric
72 lvl bower pacheon/fire/light
79 lvl spear hybrid

i wonder if chinese will have 9d honour weapons this cap, if they do it might motavate me to start my aceadmy again, i have only 8 graduates up to now so along way to go i guess ;p

that seems unfair
Chinese can have them but Euro cant (Joymax is racist)
Oh well on the flip side thats PLENTY of time to be able to save up points to get one.

Yes Ksro had honor weapons at 90cap.
They were at 90 cap when the academy system was introduced to the game, or I'm wrong?
Csro has no 10D honor weapon at 100cap while they did have 9D honor weapon at 90 cap.
