I can only see three things there. A car with the glowing edges filter, a lens flare and some text. IMO its not really a sig just a 5 min really bored Photoshop experiment.

I know where your coming from but I can't appreciate it as much when it seems like he didn't put a lot of effort into and or he is a lot nubbier than I thought and if thats the case it is good for now but if he continues to do work like this then there is no way he will get better and in truth he might get stuck with a style that isn't all that great. So based on that I will rate it a 5/10.
