Pure INTs are the easiest thing to kill for a 2H Warrior/Cleric like you. Bless > Switch to 2H or Cast 2 Absolute damage skills and switch after that > Skins when bless is out, if he is not dead by the time your skins run out, just switch to rod and shield, buff and heal yourself till his snow is out and just 1 hit him with 2H.

This may be true...but who wants to watch 2 minutes of you healing yourself and kd'ing as you wait for his snow to wear off?

45 seconds bless + 45 seconds skins leaves us with 30 seconds unprotected while his snow is on. What 2 minutes are you talking about..

I find it funny that most High level warriors don't weapon switch. I always weapon switched on Barotix. Started with 1h/S and tanked until I got dull then whipped out the 2h and started fighting, once dull went out I would go back to 1h/S. XD. If the hp was low on 2h I went back to 1h and kept KBing. lol, good times.

With snow shield on that is same thing as ~26k hp ...
I already tought that they are same as Bladers , only with bigger damage in snow shield.

Thats not quite true.
I was pvping my friend with my glaiver
my set: Garment +4/+5 Glaive 72 +6
His set: s/s both +7 prot/armor set +5
Then the fight began. I started to try to kill him while he was buffing. When hes was buffed he started to attack me. He didnt have Snow Shield and i were dead pretty soon. That is skills. And hes one of the few i pvped that could beat me. So snow shield isnt essential in pvp. You need to know ur build, not just push the buttons.

that is quite true, the int probaly had better blue and white stats on his gear than you, or you just have no pvp skills

I beg to differ, hes not a role model to me. It's because he makes alot of videos that's all.

But warrior is by far the strongest build atm

nice video, but to truly see a more reliable video on pvp is if some unknown person fraps it without u knowing....every video that one makes, of course is just going to show most of the parts where u are owning everyone. why would someone make a video where most of the times u are the one getting owned?

so i wanted to see warrior vs int action, so i youtubed vortex (cuz that guy is a role model for many warriors, with a handful of pvp vids and whatnot) and this is what i got.

@ 0:44 vs int spear in garms with snow shield, unfarmed using soul spear truth (lol), you survived with 100 hp. nice job either way.
@ 1:37 vs int s/s (and spear, uses two weps) in snow w00t!!!!!!!!, wait...vortex gets owned.
@ 2:33 vs int s/s with no snow -_-; , same guy as above, but you rematch him without snow to prove you can kill him...without snow. nice.
@ 2:43 vs int s/s with no snow again, random guy standing in pvp area minding his own business, and you come and daredevil him and kill him, nice turk surprise attack there.
@ 4:45 , no snow int s/s, no buffs, just got up and you kill him.

well nothing to see there in terms of int fights. So we go to the next vid looking for something impressive....

@ 4:53 vs int spear in garms with low ice, and his mag? he's got lvl 1 grasswalk lol. Oh and not to mention a +3 spear -_-; goldbot fight?
@ 6:03 vs maybe int? that sun glaive in garms started to nuke you, you killed him without snow shield, but then he owned you seconds later ... without snow shield.

the rest of that vid is him running to safezone after skins run out cuz hes got 4 hunters on his ass, tanking hunters with oblation, or fighting glaivers who kill themselves with damage return. No other int's.

We go to the next vid, still looking for an impressive INT defeat...

this one is a littl harder, cuz its full melee (including rogue), but we're looking for a warrior vs int fight.

@ 1:34, vs int s/s with no snow again ?? wtffff. started using axes, then y switched to xbow and killed him.
@ 1:50 vs int spear with no snow , this is getting old.

..thats it. lol. 'kay so the third vid only had 2 int fights, both without snow.
I'm sure the fourth vid will provide justice for us all.

@ 2:37, at long last a s/s int with snow shield that runs out in 10 seconds.
Could this be because vortex tanked the snow shield out and decided not to put it there cuz it was 1:50 seconds of boredom? or was the pvp started late long after snow was activated? who knows, either way vortex killed him when the snow ran out.

@ 3:12- 3:17 vs int s/s in snow, i dont know what happened... 3k hit, 8k crit, 600 dmg return and the int dies. The first win (in my mind) lasted all of 5 seconds.


@ 3:40 nuker runs out of snow, and you kill him with daggers without dagger desperate. Who knows what buffs you have, you got healed with group recovery and recovery division which really puts a dent on the vid since throughout the whole thing we cant see the buff bar or who's in your party.

@ 4:44 , you can see a bard and a cleric from your guild while fighting the glaiver ... theres the previous comment coming into play. Not gonna say anything else.

Not impressed the least bit, Nitro said vortex beat nukers no prob, but this i would assume with rogue cuz i dont see shit in these videos regarding the warrior side. It should be renamed 'Vortex The Legendary Glaive Killer' cuz thats 90% of the videos, glaives dying from damage return.

There is no skill in sro, it's all simple point click. Did you use the 15 second magical buff? If both sets were the same including weapon you should of been able to kill him or come very close to it. Infact with a +5 set you shouldn't of died to an s/s without bleed or division.

Unfortunately there is. There is smt called "buy time" that u didnt know. Int needs MS, Warrior needs buffs. Know when to fight, when to run.

PVP videos means nothing if u dont give out your and your enemies' gear/farmed. All i know about this game is gear > build

still Vortex is a warrior/rogue..
ppl keep saying ints are strong against warriors, and this is very untrue. a warrior/cleric destroys ints with absolute DMG from cleric tree especially if he is wearing light armor for the cleric passives.
a warrior/warlock.. well, do i even have to talk about them?
pure melee builds have pros and cons.. int is one of the cons. so if the guy dosent "suck" against them he's pretty much fine.
anyway, ints cant take down 1H warriors whatever sub they have.. so he can at least turn it into a pot war if feels like it.

there is no sign of 'tanking out snow' in these vids, watch it again.
the only one was in the last vid when the guy happened to run out of snow 10 seconds in. The others are blind attacks. s/s with vital increase and grains with vigors its easy to tank out snow , its also not such a problem when you've got at least +6 accessories like vortex.
Also, when you've got mana absorption from bards its a piece of cake, and there were bards from his guild runnin around everywhere in his last vid, then i saw he got group recovery from one of his clerics that had recov div on, and i was like . Anyway i was just pointing out what the videos showed, i know tanking out snow looks boring but people watch videos to learn more about the game, and not everyone wants to see a warrior 2 crit a chinese, or 1 hit an int without snow. Thats why no one watches wizard pvp vids more than once, cuz 1 nuking is boring as hell. It is also why PureSoul (or WarriorSoul's) vids were awesome, and why Vapore's vids were awesome, cuz they actually had pvps that lasted for a long time.

if the china knows how to play the great vortex is faster dead than he thinks lol... permanent kd + relativly high dmg + enough hp to tank 1crits of daredevil + crit reduce on shield + 50%+ snow

what i want to say is, the great vortex will die 80% of the fights against these build, since hes not cleric lol... im laughing so hard when i see ppl admiring vortex .. hes not even good at all

bad build + lame technic + good set = vortex

Snow Shield can be tanked easily with Vital Increase + 1h/s with Shield crushing + sprint assaulting ...

I know about buying time..when to run, when to stay, when to use which skill when, and when you can't win at all. I don't consider logic to be interpreted as skill. Just my point of view.
