Should i close the Gap??

I'm level 30 and running a 5 level gap with 10k sp. I'm wanting to catch up with some guildes in levels. How bad would i be hurting myself to close to a 1 level gap until i hit 40 then open it to a 5 again? So by the time i have 45 i'm running at 5 level gap? Any opinions on this would be great.

wont hurt , I can't advise going with -5 gap through the game. Better farm-9 for a while and then close to -1 -0.

Maybe this will help some. I want to max heuskal, fire, get Lighting up to 53% grasswalk and Cold to level 23. That should be easy enough to get SP for and at the same time not gimping myself? Of course i could be wrong.

From other post i have read maxing heuskal, fire and putting points into lighting is good enough to excel in PvP. So i can kind of play around with other skills as i wish or just close the gap some.

I'm just hoping closing my level gap to 1 to hurry up and hit 40 won't make me suffer on down the road when it comes time to spend some SP.

You can already just put cold up to 23. There's no point in keeping it behind if you have the SP, since it won't affect your gap, and the extra skills would be nice.

As for a 1-gap throughout 40... Well, 3X-4X is pretty fast, so I don't think you really need something as extreme as a 1-gap, and you might feel SP pinch later. A 3-gap is probably enough to get you through with speed and also a bit of SP buffer.

At your lvl I had 15k sp, running 0 mastery gap til 44 and I have 7.5k sp left.
