Your best bet is to convert the file to .avi or any other common video file (im pretty sure its a video file.

Try googling ".mts file"

isnt its opened by ultraISO, if im right this is a disc copy...
should also have mtf file too

I think it's something like iso you should be able to open it with Daemon tools.
