The best mobs are 10 levels above the "noobs" level. They will earn very good exp without taking exp punishment. Any higher or lower the "noobs" will level up more slowly.

Power leveling: the legit botting. :-P

I'm not necessarily saying it's not legit, but I don't see how it's much different than botting. Either way, you're getting tons of experience that you didn't earn. I suppose you're using in-game mechanics to do it, but I personally think it's lame to just sit on a horse and watch your exp bar fill up.
Missing the good times in SRO...

SRO:
1x, STR Blader (Thebes)
54, STR blader (Venice)
0x, INT wizard (Venice)
19, INT spear (Venice)
34, STR rogue/bard (Venus)
0x, STR blader (Venus)
8x, INT bard/cleric (Gaia)

It's in the game so it isn't botting. What if you plvl yourself. You do all the work on one char but the other benefits, what's the difference?

Your fullfilling some high levels need for gold they fullfill your need for xp. In a 8 person Euro party your fullfillign some role but not all roles is that cheating as well? Afterall the Wizard is doing no tanking and no potting which are parts of the game
