i am not sure of this but if u are all fat no muscle one there is going to be more resistance on ur body

Best guess of factors that should be considered:

Height of jump: 7.5 meters is fine but 15 meters HURTS.
Depth of water: At the given distance twice your height is ok if you know what you're doing, deeper is better.
Position of your body relative to the water on impact: This cannot be ignored. Don't trip.

The final factor is what I spoke of before -- enter the water feet first and when you feel yourself hit, start to bring your knees and feet upward to form a "J" position. This (if done properly) will turn your trajectory toward the horizontal and reduce the depth of your immersion.

Other factors including an in depth analysis are minor especially if one does not have sufficient understanding of Physics (I don't) to apply it. Oh, surface tension does have an effect. Is it windy? Can you see waves on the water? This is more important the higher you go and can be almost completely ignored at a distance of 7.5 meters. Given there is nothing hidden underwater (like a log or a piranha) it sound more than safe enough.

If it were me I'd jump that distance into sand. In point of fact, I have (well, almost - it was more like 20 feet). I was very young, there was a girl and she was cute in my sight. What better way to impress a young lady than to try to kill yourself for her amusement, right? I must have cracked or bruised my tailbone because it was years before I could sit through a feature length movie without discomfort. Don't worry, I can sit on my butt fine now (hehehe - too well in fact) and Mary was suitably impressed. She giggled. I was happy.

just belly flop in so as much surface area of your body as possible hits the water at the same time. At that height it might sting a bit but you wont go very deep into the water.

The answer is around 4.2M but I think I over-estimated... a lot. This is assuming you have perfect aerodynamics and hit the water with a 10 entrance. I'm sure you'll be fine with anything with a 3.5~3.8M depth though, the most will probably be your touch the bottom, nothing serious.

Edit: TBH, if it was me, although I am a bit shorter than you are, I'd jump into a 3 meter water depth from 7.5 and be confident that I'll suck up the landing enough not to get hurt.

It seems safe deep enough to me, just make sure you have someone in a boat close to the spot your going to jump, if you go in wrong you might blackout. Straighten your body horizontally before you hit the water.

Then again you can always go ask someone how deep the water is at that spot (someone is bound to know)
