Scariest Video Game Bosses?

so i wanted to know what is the scariest game boss you have ever ran into and from what game? Mines pretty much and thing in Super Metroid seriously you go into a calm room and a boss with fade and rape you or fighting the mother brain disgusting and scary. you guys?
