89 legs and 90 chest will drop from Rocky??

ok, i was talkin to a friend from ksro about 2 weeks ago..and he told me..they way they did 90cap on ksro is that when about 25-30% of the server gets to lvl 90...89 legs 89 necklace, and 90 chest of every gear drops from lvl 88 mob rockies...can anyone confirm this?? I'm pretty sure so far isro has corresponded with ksro..so this could be very true if my friend is right!

Only level 90 shaitan spawns drop 89 and 90 equipment.

It's Shaitan dropping them, not his spawns imo. I only use skills without splash ( flame wave arrow and bomb ) and as soon as Shaitan dies I see "Item [....] gained." .. But in 44 kills I got only three 89-90 repairable items.

3 items from 45 kills is pretty good imo. My friend has killed shaitan over 100times and i think only gotten 2 repairable items from it, lvl 89 garm pants and 90 prot chest.

How they hell he have already 100+ shaitan kills? Imposible, show him on rev6?

@MMO_Doug Im curious about your build, you are using spear and you have pacheon at lvl 30, why? And your build seems to be good when you killed shaitan somany times. Can you explain it a bit. Im making another character, spear.

probably for extended range and small boost for attack rating

It's been proven many times that the pacheon attack range buff does not do anything for any of the other weapons.

He was talking about range buff thats not working, he didnt say that attack ratting doesnt work.
