No need for this thread? It is a RESPONSE to what Fly wrote on the confed forums in the section where only senators can post. I made a thread on those forums and it was deleted. So I decided I would make it here so that biased mods can't delete it.

Take Nomid for example. Hacked the shit out of Corrupt on xian. Yeah... great guy. Im sure he speaks highly of us in vent/guild chat. He is even banned from SRF on his Elemental account, but still goes in there on his alt Yasikira and talks shit about avalon every chance he gets. What kind of effect do you think he has on your union?

naaah ive never seen nomid talk bad about avalon in venus or bha private sections on this forum, i either have not read the posts or your informant is lying to you.

sorry to go against you fly but he is right, this is the second time iv seen nomid do this, and one was in bha private section and i asked him to stop which he did. If infact this is the post that nightbloom got annoyed over and deleted he was defending himself ok he may have went over board a bit but for the most part he was defending, but as the posts were deleted i cnt do anything but ask him not to post shite about avalon again.

I've always been a supporter of Avalon. I appreciate the hard work they did to get rid of bots in Venus. I appreciate the gold to level my guild. I've always understood where Fly and Asy are coming from, even if the language they use is a bit...extreme. I've always tried to interpret the actions of Avalon in the best possible light and defend them when they've said and done confusing things. There are members of Asylum that have been vocally anti-avalon on this forum and I asked them to keep it chill. They've said nothing and I've expressed my appreciation for that. I support the militant anti-bot measures that they take and only wish that I had more time to do it myself.

So I'm pretty sensitive to anything anti-avalon that gets said anywhere. I've read every post in every thread in the BHA forums since they started. The idea that there was a general attitude against Avalon by BHA is absurd. While someone may have vented at someone in Avalon about something they did in a party or w/e there was never any anti-Avalon trend in the forum. As has been strongly established here, Nomid certainly wasn't any standard bearer against Avalon. Nobody in BHA was.

I'll admit however, since the little "BHA is all carebear" and PKing BHA and the general anti-BHA campaign that has been waged by Avalon over the past month, people have started to get disgruntled. Commendably, the general feeling something like "let's just ignore those assholes." There are several threads wherein we are trying to figure out what the fvck Avalon's problem is and how we go about trying to fix it, but there aren't a bunch of threads criticizing Avalon and figuring out ways to undermine Avalon. Again, that's just preposterous.

The "BHA allied with bots to take the fort" just went too far. That was over the line. I know that some of the people promoting that theory have apologized and thats fine but seriously...how the fvck could that thought even enter your fvcking mind? Fvck all the "fog-of-war" and whiffle-bat analogy bullshit. How the fvck did you get to a point of utter paranoia and insecurity where you could actually consider that thought and express it in public? Not you Fly...your members.

There's a comment that is illustrative of your state of mind. In trying to figure out why our effort at the fort was so weak, Nightbloom said "you kicked all the Avalon members out of BHA private forums a week earlier to prepare for the fort." The fact is, people were kicked out of the BHA private forums because information in there was being misinterpreted by people who have their head up their ass and then telling you BHA hates Avalon. You want to know the extent of our strategizing for the fort was? "Q: Hey, anyone gonna show up? A: Maybe, I dunno." Seriously. That was our fort plan.

So stop second guessing every thing BHA says and does. We are simple people. You can take us at face value. I'm sure several of you are thinking right now: "oh, he's just saying this to try and trick us. BHA is really anti-avalon and want to see us destroyed." To you I say: yes, you've lost your fvcking mind. Take some time off the game and grab a beer and chill for a week. Come back and it's all good.

Is there an anti-Avalon sentiment in BHA right now? You're damn fvcking right there is, but it's your own fault. Can it be fixed? Easily. Every single person in the union trusts and supports SG. We're all reading his posts on the Confederacy forum and saying "yeah, man, that's it."

You need to stop seeing boogeymen in BHA's shadow and start taking us for our word. Somehow you got the impression we're all out to get you and (unfortunately, because it was wrong) your defensive reaction has only antagonized the situation and made the situation that wasn't true a reality. The best thing to do is just work with SG...he really does speak for us...and lets face the issues head on. No bullshit. No really fvcking roundabout way of addressing the issues. Just say what's actually bugging you and lets get it resolved.

This thread is a great example. What's bugging you: Nomid is bad-mouthing Avalon in the BHA forums. Explanation: Actually, he hasn't said anything about Avalon (from multiple sources). Solution: nothing necessary. We move on to the next one and address it in a constructive way that leaves everyone satisfied.

Whoah, I haven't logged onto Venus for a few weeks, so I definitely missed this. Avalon going around pking BHA members? Where the hell did that come from? O_o

As for the anti-Avalon sentiment, the biggest anti-Avalon complaint I've heard is that some of the mid-level (lvl 4X-5X) Avalon union members don't know how to party properly, because many of them got powerlvled upto that part. This of course doesn't reflect BHA's view on the entire Avalon union--just towards a few specific individuals from Avalon union that are bad at partying.

in all fairness to Fly, he has been participating the discussion on the confederate forums, and i feel we are making some progress, albeit slowly. we're still quibbling over small, petty issues (at least that's how i see them); individuals, he-said-she-said stuff, etc. i am hoping that soon we can move onto broader issues.
