can someone plz tell me lighning mag increase buff % at lvl60 and at lvl 90 ?
i think its 15% at 60 have no idea what is it at 90. konpaku is dead i dont know where to check this info, i need this info so i coud plan my build.

thank you for answers.i think i will leave lightning at lvl60. 3% loss is not much since fire imbue and finall fire nuke is stronger.
