Tough call. Second one has higher attack rating. BUT first one if +1ed would have the same if not higher mag dmg than the second one which is already +1. Crit doesnt matter jack shit for a nuker so the second ones crit is useless. I recommned to add attack rating stones and weap elixers to the first one and make it +3. Its already a decent spear...just needs some spiffing up.

just press C and check your magic damage there (with both spears) that way u can check which one does more real damage
