I fail to see what ccf has to do in getting +10 since astral for them is +4.

People who have unlimited silk can try over and over, instead of going back down to +0. And thats not the point, making +10 is much easier then making your weapon +100%.

I'm pretty sure they work on stats after they achieve their goal of getting it to whatever plus they want....

Well there was a 9dg sos blade +10 on Venice, guess failed to +11 cuz never sawed it as a +11 ^^
