Uhh what? I count Quebec as part of Canada, seeing as how there are Quebecois contituancies in the Canadian federal elections. Also, Quebec, parts of New Brunswick, the Acadians in the Maritimes and the scattered French speaking communities throughout the country do not represent 40% of the population.
uh I'm in ottawa and as far as being right next to quebec goes, I'm pretty sure 40% of all canadians doesn't have french as a 1st language, cuz if you go to quebec about half the ppl there speak english anyways

Lol, indeed. The largest university in Quebec (McGill) isn't even a French speaking university.

Surely Turks... In eldorado we have at least 8 "osmanlilar " guild with a little difference in the name ( 0sM4nl1l4R, Osmanlil4r, __Osmanlilar, Qsm4nl1lar etc. ) and many other turkish guilds... They are so annoying always spamming exchanges and "pt plssssssssssss" and " [insert amount]k plssssssssss" and "taxi plssss man oke " ... Oh yeah and they always saying "fu.ck mother" without a reason. And they re making the weakest chars of the server... But not all turks are like that. Only like 98% of them at least on eldorado.
