Is it a good skill at lvl 90?
When is it used? (Since its not used in 1vs1, is it used in Group pvp or jobbing?)
Is it worth maxing, or is it enough to keep it at lvl 1?

Its useful in jobwars, in chasin and knockin an "opposite job player" off a horse, but its really useless in pvp, *its useful only when pvping invisible wiz with life turnover on, u can 1hit them most of the time, as soon as they appear* and u can waste sp on it only if ya got other important heuksal skills maxed, and can afford to waste sps here and there ^^

But wizzes was new to me.

Im kinda tight on SP and since it takes quite alot SP to get skills past 80 , should i only get lvl 1 on Bless?

yeah sounds good too, it'll also be better if ya farm at lvl85-88, coz at 85 new wep and 88 is highest lvl of "normal spawn" mobs
