If you have to ask an online forum advice on how to ask a girl out, best bet is to probably not do it at all since your self esteem seems way low. Any decent girl won't give you the time of day if she senses you aren't confident in yourself.

Work on that before you try anything. Then when you feel you're ready, just ask her. If you get rejected, oh well.

Pro tip: Don't ever ever ever ask a girl out online when you have the chance to do it in person. Don't break up with her online, through the phone, texts, anything, unless it's in person. That will just prove to her that you don't have the balls to face her.
