Yes he is. He just doesn't have the guts to admit it, especially since the "i'm innocent yet I got banned" excuse is working quite well on this forum...

So Amelie, Crumpets, and I are guilty of breaking rules? Sure, Because Joymax is never wrong and is incapable of making mistakes.

I've been convinced that joymax is detected altered clients and not bots, you were banned for pk2 edit I think.

The checksum checking is clientsided built into the client itself. The info is not passed to Joymax server. There is no way they can know the client has been altered. NoDC detection is impossible unless they are sitting checking every player's log to see what's the time between each connection attempt . Pk2 edits are not detectable at all, so anyone claiming he got banned for Pk2 is just plain ridiculous and is relying on Your lack of knowledge.

They also do not ban for multiclienting because they stated that since they cannot know if the suspected person is playing along with his let's say brother on the other computer or is it one person multiclienting.

That leaves only two options. He either chargebacked or botted. Well he did not chargeback so that leaves only one option, especially knowing that banned because of a chargeback are not on the banned botters list.

But of course every botter will say he is innocent and it is joymax who made a mistake. It's so easy to blame it on a company that everyone hates...[/quote]

There was a period of time (I think last summer) which last a few weeks where anyone who wasn't using the normal client couldn't even get a start button, of course joymax removed it since people found a way to get around it very fast but that proves that they can indeed see the files in your SRO folder.
