with exactly the skills i need to add and max in blade skills
and exactly ths skills i need to add and max in Ice mastery

I'm not trying to put down the ice blade build or anything, but after the new alchemy I wouldn't suggest you go ice anything anymore. Too many people are immune to ice now and the levelling speed of an ice blader is the slowest in the game. Some people go fire to level then switch to ice later, since levelling with ice is just THAT slow. Alternatively you could go glaiver to level then switch to blade.

Anyways, it's still all up to you... this is just my advice
